CRYPTO CASINOSign upA structured English-language overview of the rules governing eligibility, accounts, payments, wagering, bonuses, security and responsible gambling.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SpinCrypto. The version in force when you play is authoritative.
You must meet the legal gambling age, location and identity requirements that apply to you. Do not use a VPN, proxy or another method to bypass a country restriction.
These terms govern access to SpinCrypto services and the relationship between the player and the operator. Using the service means accepting the current terms, applicable policies and the rules displayed for individual games and promotions.
The operator may update the terms for legal, regulatory, security, product or operational reasons. Material changes should be published through the available service channels. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
Defined terms include Casino, Website, Player, Player Account, Real Balance, Bonus Balance, Crypto-asset, Wallet, Wager, Game, Bonus and other expressions used throughout the legal documents. Definitions must be read together with the Bonus Policy and Privacy Policy.
A player must meet the age, location, identity and account requirements that apply to the service. Access may be refused or restricted where the operator cannot lawfully provide gambling services or cannot complete required checks.
Players must be at least 18 years old or the higher legal gambling age that applies in their jurisdiction. The operator may request evidence of age and suspend an account until age verification is complete.
Players are responsible for confirming that online gambling is lawful where they are located. VPN, proxy or location-masking use must not be used to bypass restrictions, and the operator may apply geolocation or residency checks.
Registration details must be accurate, complete and current. Accounts are personal, may not be transferred or shared, and must be protected with a unique password and any available additional security controls.
Only one account per player is permitted unless the operator gives written permission. Duplicate accounts may be restricted or closed, and related bonuses or transactions may be reviewed under fraud and bonus-abuse rules.
Accounts may be suspended, restricted or closed for verification, responsible gambling, security, fraud, sanctions, legal or contractual reasons. A player may also request closure, subject to pending transactions and applicable self-exclusion rules.
Only supported payment routes may be used. Deposits and withdrawals can be subject to limits, ownership checks, the closed-loop principle, AML review, blockchain confirmation and fraud controls. Processing time is not guaranteed.
Players must select the correct asset, network and destination address. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, exchange values can change, and the operator does not act as a cryptocurrency exchange, investment adviser or custody service outside the gaming relationship.
A wager becomes valid when accepted and recorded by the system. Game rules, paytables, provider records and settlement rules apply. Players must review the rules before placing a wager.
Bonuses are optional and governed by the Bonus Policy plus any offer-specific terms. Only one bonus with outstanding wagering may be active at a time unless an offer states otherwise.
Multiple accounts, collusion, restricted strategies, limit circumvention and exploitation of errors can be treated as abuse. The operator may cancel improperly obtained benefits and take action under these terms.
Players must not use stolen funds, third-party accounts, unlawful sources, automated abuse, manipulation, collusion or other conduct that threatens fair play, platform integrity or legal compliance.
Features, games, providers, payment routes and content may change. Temporary maintenance or regional availability can affect access without creating a right to a particular game or feature.
Obvious technical, display, settlement or calculation errors do not create a right to an unintended payment. Incorrect balances or benefits may be corrected in accordance with applicable law and verified records.
The governing law, complaint route and competent forum are determined by these terms and our licensing framework. Players may also have mandatory consumer rights in their jurisdiction.
The service is provided subject to applicable law, provider availability and network conditions. Liability exclusions do not apply where they are prohibited by law.
Links and embedded provider services may be operated by third parties. Their availability, content and data practices are governed by their own terms.
Brand assets, software, game content and website materials are protected by intellectual-property rights. Access does not grant a right to copy, reverse-engineer or commercially reuse protected material.
Personal data is processed for account delivery, legal compliance, security, payments, fraud prevention, responsible gambling and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
The service may use necessary, preference, security and analytics technologies. We use only the cookies we actually deploy and provide controls where consent is legally required.
Account, payment or game complaints should be submitted through our support with enough information to investigate. Response and escalation follow these terms.
Game provider rules, certified random-number generation where applicable and authoritative transaction records determine outcomes. A demo uses virtual credits and does not affect real balances.
The operator may perform identity, wallet, sanctions, source-of-funds and transaction checks. Suspicious or prohibited activity may lead to restrictions, reporting or refusal of a transaction where required by law.
Rights or obligations may be assigned as permitted by law and these terms, including as part of a corporate or operational change.
Service can be affected by provider outages, network congestion, force majeure, legal intervention or other events beyond reasonable control.
Marketing communications and analytics are handled according to applicable law, consent choices and the Privacy Policy. Players can use available opt-out channels.
Gambling is for entertainment and carries a risk of loss. Deposit limits, Cooling-Off, Self-Exclusion and independent support are described on the Responsible Gambling page.
