Claimed Rakeback has x1 wagering and a seven-day window. The applicable conversion cap is defined by the Bonus Policy.
No wagering after claim
Claimed Rakeback is credited as real funds when the player is Bronze 5 or above at claim time.
Claim-time level controls wagering
The policy uses the level at the moment of claim, not the level at the moment of accrual. If the account reaches Bronze 5 before claiming, the accrued amount is treated under the no-wagering level rule.
Turnover generated with bonus funds does not create Instant Rakeback. The per-bet accrual cap is $50, but the total amount waiting to be claimed is not capped by that rule.
Why the percentage looks smaller than cashback on losses
The rate is applied to theoretical house edge. For a 96% RTP game, the theoretical house edge is 4% of turnover. A 5% Rakeback rate therefore returns 5% of that theoretical 4%, not 5% of the total stake.
