SpinCrypto uses cryptocurrency payment networks. The exact asset, network and wallet address must match, because confirmed blockchain transfers are generally irreversible.
Confirm the current route, minimum, fee and limits in the cashier before every transfer.

Open the cashier and choose the cryptocurrency you intend to send.
Select exactly the same network in your wallet and in the SpinCrypto cashier.
Check the destination, memo or tag where required, amount and network before confirming.
Only supported crypto-assets should be sent to the address generated for the selected network. Deposits should originate from a wallet owned or lawfully controlled by the player. Confirmations and arrival times depend on the blockchain and the operator’s controls.
Do not reuse an address unless the cashier states that it remains valid. Do not send unsupported assets or use a network that is not shown for that deposit route.
Withdrawal requests can be subject to identity, wallet ownership, AML, sanctions, fraud and security checks. The Player Account and Fund Management Policy describes a closed-loop principle: where possible, funds are returned to a wallet previously used for deposits.
A different withdrawal wallet can require proof of ownership and enhanced due diligence. Processing can vary because of regulatory review, blockchain congestion or account security checks.
A wrong network, asset, address or missing destination tag can result in loss. Customer support may be unable to recover an on-chain transfer.
SpinCrypto may request a signed message, transaction evidence or other proof that the player controls a wallet.
Bank records, employment information, transaction history or other evidence may be requested where law or risk assessment requires it.
Use a unique password, enable multi-factor authentication where available and report unauthorised access immediately.
Network load, asset routes, internal limits and compliance checks affect the final transaction experience.
Which cryptocurrencies does SpinCrypto accept? USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, LTC, TRX, DOGE, BNB, GRAM, POL and ARB — but only on the exact network shown in the cashier. Follow these steps for every deposit.
How do withdrawals work? Request to the cashier, then security, AML and wallet-ownership checks, then on-chain transfer — usually back along the closed-loop route to a previously used deposit wallet.
Where possible, funds return to a wallet previously used for deposits. A different withdrawal wallet can require proof of ownership and enhanced due diligence before release.
Regulatory review, blockchain congestion, account security checks, or an incomplete KYC file. Keep the transaction hash until funds land and answer verification requests early.
What happens if the wrong network is used? Confirmed blockchain transfers are generally irreversible — a wrong asset, network, address or missing tag can mean permanent loss that support cannot recover.
Asset matches, network matches exactly, address plus memo/tag copied fresh from the cashier. Never reuse an old address unless the cashier states it remains valid.
Can SpinCrypto verify wallet ownership? Yes — a signed message, transaction evidence or other proof that the player controls the wallet. Identity, age, address, source of funds or source of wealth can follow where law or risk assessment requires it.
Use wallets owned or lawfully controlled by the player. Refused routes include sanctioned wallets, mixers, tumblers and prohibited fund sources under the fund policy.
Balances are recorded in the Player Account and held separately from operational funds, used only for licensed gaming. No interest is paid and funds are not lent or invested.
USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, LTC, TRX, DOGE, BNB, GRAM, POL and ARB on the networks in the table above. Confirm the live list in the cashier before every transfer.
Tron, Ethereum, Polygon, TON, BNB Smart Chain, Solana and Arbitrum One. Select the identical network in the wallet and the cashier.
Open the cashier, pick asset and network, copy a fresh address, send from a wallet the player owns or controls, and wait for network confirmation.
Request in the cashier; funds usually return closed-loop to a previous deposit wallet after security and verification checks. A new wallet needs proof of ownership.
Confirmed transfers are generally irreversible and can be lost permanently. Check asset, network, address and memo/tag before confirming.
Yes — signed message, transaction evidence or other ownership proof, plus identity or source-of-funds checks where required.
Regulatory review, blockchain congestion, security checks or incomplete verification. Answer KYC requests early and keep the transaction hash.
